What I do (and don’t do).

As a CRM Consultant with two Salesforce.com certifications (they can be verified here: Verify Certification), and an MBA in finance, I consult exclusively with nonprofit organizations about technology, operations, and data management.

I also have tons of experience working in microfinance and social services. (You’ll find my backstory on LinkedIn.)

What I don’t do is focus only on business analysis or project management.

From Mission to Strategy...She's always ten steps ahead, looking at something bigger and better.

I am part sounding board. Part field guide. Part translator. And full-time leader, guiding your team over hurdles while avoiding the traps that hinder progress.

Especially important is how I help organizations prepare for Salesforce CRM. (You can learn more on my Getting Ready For Salesforce page)

And yes, I understand technology. But I see it as a tool, not a crutch.  Your organization succeeds because of your people and mission. Technology is simply how you get there.

Technology works best when you don’t have to think about it. So I translate the “tech talk” into practical solutions that make technology and systems work for you, not the other way around.

Lastly, I’m easy to work with. (The key word is “with.”) I never forget that it’s your show. My role is to help you pull it together.

Oh, and I work hard. But that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy the process. Like you, I take it all seriously, but with a large grain of salt.
